Muhammad Salman Bilal (MSB), as Subject Matter Expert (SME), has more than 2 decades of proven engineering management and consultancy experience in the high-end Petroleum, E&P, Petrochemical, Automation & Manufacturing industries.
MSB as International Mobile Engineering Manager with Schlumberger®-OFS® Oil Field Services, served in France, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Qatar and Pakistan for RASGAS® (Exxon-Mobil® & Qatar Petroleum), SaudiAramco®, Shell®, Petronas®,ENI®, OGDCL®, PPL®, OMV®, BP® and OPI®, etc.
Before that he was serving as Instrument, Control and Electrical Engineering Manager with Engro® Chemicals Ltd. (Formerly Exxon®, USA) streamlined Rockwell® Automation, Elsag Bailey®, Bentley Nevada®, GE®, Siemens®, Allen Bradley®, Maximo®, etc. projects. He was also part of strategic team who envisioned ENGRO Foods.
As SME/Consultant, MSB has developed artefacts and feasibility for O&G KSP & FORED® in the field of Advanced Project Management for Korean Gas (KOGAS®) & British Petroleum (BP®) serving the South Korean Oil & Gas industry.
For McDERMOTT®, MSB worked on developing RFP® for Curriculum Development for the global Project Management Academy to cater for multilingual courses on Project Management domain following IAPM® protocols & PMI® USA standards.
